Companion policy
Our companion policy is implemented within the framework of certain rules, so that our patients' treatment process can proceed in a safe, orderly and comfortable manner.
Companion Rules
- Only one companion is accepted per patient, whenever possible.
- Companions are required to comply with the guidance of healthcare staff.
- Hospital order and patient privacy must be observed.
- Compliance with hygiene rules within the hospital is mandatory.
Visiting Hours
- Weekday visiting hours: 10:00 – 20:00
- Weekend visiting hours: 10:00 – 20:00
Visiting hours may vary in intensive care and special areas.
Responsibilities of the Companion
- Assisting with the patient's basic needs
- Complying with hospital rules and the guidance of healthcare personnel
- To pay attention to cleaning and hygiene rules
- Using hospital equipment carefully
Patient Safety
